What we ask of trade partners
- A Florida state or county license for your trade where one is required
- General liability insurance, and workers' compensation or a valid exemption
- References from builders or homeowners on recent custom or high-end work
- Familiarity with coastal code requirements: product approvals, wind and flood rules, inspections
- Reliable scheduling, clean job sites and clear written bids
